I'm an HR, I love my job, but I see that in India, there's really less scope for me to make money through this career. A job may or may not be good, giving me experience to rely on that. And financial growth is comparatively less compared to other job roles like sales, marketing, developer. How do I create passive income streams. Not the usual markets of teaching, courses, etc. Also, what I'd like to know before that is, what exactly is the wider scale, more valuable scope for HR?
