I want to rewrite the documentation in a fast and easy way

I want to work on the manuals of my business. There're a lot of documents. I want to make sure it is consistent, coherent, adequate, easy to read, easy to understand and easy to navigate through. I was thinking about taking one whole section or chapter and redo it with gemini (we have the google workspace enterprise standarsd plan), once i have a chat with all the work done for that one, i want to ask it to give me a prompt to generalize the work done to put in a gem. And finally use that gem to give it the rest od the chapters (maybe one by one) and recieving the redone chapter automatically. Tell me what do yu think about the plan, good or bad, and suggest the best way to do what i want the easiest and quickest way (even if it you have to completely change my plan)
