Less hallucination

I need an AI that will provide minimal hallucination, which I am finding extremely frustrating and time wasting. Also, I need to be able to move chats into projects and retain a list of all chats that are NOT in projects. Currently ChatGPT fails at this as the recent list includes everything. I also want to explore agentic capabilities, however, I am OK splitting the AI I use for agentics to a different model if necessary.
