If any of the hard filters fail, the stock should not be purchased unless a documented risk-based exception is approved. --- # 16. Final Strategy Summary The strategy should be described as: > A long-only India equity strategy that selects liquid NIFTY 500/1000 stocks with low total and downside volatility relative to the NIFTY 500, sustained improving ROE supported by operating profitability rather than leverage, strong cash flow, acceptable leverage, clean governance, and reasonable valuation.
