World retirement analysis
Criteria to consider for 20+ years of retirement... ie best locations possible.

What location in the World is best for us... married couple m55 in Canada and f60 in Canada. We want to retire to a location for the next 20+ years. Good healthcare, lower crime rates, decent English language usage in the area (as we likely won't learn another language anytime soon). Good air quality/lower pollution levels are important as well. My wife doesn't like humidity and high heat so we'd prefer to be in a very breezy area if possible. My wife's favorite exercise activity is also swimming so a large public pool would be preferable OR a pool facility at the condo we rent... as we'd prefer a 2000+ sq ft (ideally 3000+ sq ft) condo to live in for the next 20+ years of our retirement. Rental is preferable to purchasing so we could possibly move in 1-2-3 years etc to find a better location/area if we don't prefer/like a certain area. What are your best suggestions for city/specific areas/condos etc. LOW cost of living is preferable as well as certainly we don't want to be paying anywhere near the same cost of living expenses as in North America... so at least 50% less overall costs and preferably 67-75% overall expenses would be best. Top suggestions?
