what should I do? I am current selling premium portfolio websites to Fractional CFO plus fundamental SEO/AEO/GEO included. I am starting out so I don't have prior clients, testimonial/proof. I have multiple prototype websites showcased and my own agency website. I am reaching out fractional CFOs from linkedin dm, I am doing my service for free in exchange for testimonial for first 2. and I have good linkedin profile, with good copy and posts and featured website showcased. But here is the problem. First, I don't know how viable my product is in July 2026 and upcoming years, like fraction CFOs want it or need it. I suppose they need it, but I don't have proof. Second. I am servicing ICP live in US and UK mainly and not that good webcam to have video call and I live in Myanmar, I look somewhat young look of 20 years old and asian. Third is I have zero money to invest. I have foods and place to live but Linkedin outreach is very limited for free tier. connection request are also capped. I can't scale properly. So, here is the question. 100% logically what should I do? Should I keep doing what I am doing? Should I change the niche? different service, with different ICP? Should I white-label for existing Western agencies? (If so what is the point, when I can't collect proof and start from zero again when money runs out or not enough and white label for accounting firms or fractional CFO?) Should I change the ICP, for my service (website design plus website development with Fundamental SEO and AI Visibility.) to Accounting Firms and Professional CPAs? ALSO I have idea about this service for construction or engineering company, that build homes. Without blender, wth AI I can create 3D scene. I want to serve 3D scenes of the house, inside and outside, before building, the engineer can see it, and everyone can see it including the client. they can see visually and enhance the house, both perspective. interactive Html or something in my service part. Anyway I am not sure how viable this is too and demand it or saturated in 2026 and upcoming years, or people already have in house teams or Some problems?
