The plan positions bupropion as low-risk relative to SNRIs, which is supported: meta-analytic switch rates for bupropion in bipolar depression are in the ~5–10% range, lower than TCAs (~15–25%) and venlafaxine (~15–20%), and roughly comparable to or slightly above SSRIs.  Doesnt that still mean that even in worst case scenario only one out 4 patients switches?
