SSH and Tailscale non-interactive installation.

I have a remote Windows computer that I need to enable ssh and connect to my tailnet. Sadly, the user is not completely tech-illiterate, but they are not the most tech-savvy person as well, therefore the .bat or .ps script must be safe (so that Windows Defender will not cause issues) and it should be as un-interactive as possible. I don't know if the user has ssh installed or not. I also don't know if the user has tailscale intalled or not.
