Please help me with this. Is there anything I can do here to improve my hair conditions? Like any specific, particular single one shampoo to solve, treat, fix, and cure all these problems. And any other products, tips, tricks, lifestyles changes, dietc, medicine, supplements, conditioners, etc. I am an Indian male, age 30. I have been suffering from hair hairloss, fall, balding, thinning, androgenic alopecia, traction alopecia, telogen effluvium, etc. My hair density has reduced extremely. But after shampooing my hair ñ, it adds the fluffiness and volume to my hair, and after combing it and letting it dry, the hair density feels good enough. But if I don't shampoo my hair daily, then my hair becomes clumpy and sticky, even when dry, and exposes my scalp, which shows the extent of thinning. So, I have to shampoo my hair daily. When I was younger, I had extremely dense hair. And at a young age I used to apply mustard oil on my hair daily after a bath. But if I apply it now, then my hair will become the same sticky and clumpy, which I need to avoid. My hair seems to be made for oiling. But now I can't oil my hair. Here in India, oiling your hair is extremely important, as the water is hard, and there is too much dust and pollution. Oil used to help protect my hair. But since I reached an advanced stage of thinning, since then I have had to stop it. Now I need to shampoo my hair daily just for the look. I have been using Morr F topical 5% minoxidil and 0.1% finasteride mixed solution on my forehead hairline since last year now. And it has helped a little bit control hair loss from my forehead hairlines and temples. But all the new hair it has provided are all tiny, light-colored hairs. Not much increase in density on the forehead hairline, but it actually helped control the hair loss compared to my crown area. I have never applied it on my crown area, because it always makes my scalp itchy and flaky and leaves this whitish residue, which is hard to wash off. These whitish residues never come off even with multiple shampooings. I apply this topical solution once daily, usually before bed. And because of these residues, I have to shampoo my hair daily also to clean my scalp and pores so that the next application of minoxidil and finasteride can be absorbed properly. There should be no leftover dust, dandruff, flakes, dead skin, silicones, polymers, layers, or film on the scalp. So that the minoxidil and finasteride can be easily absorbed by the scalp. Therefore, I have to shampoo my hair daily. I also recently started derma stamping every Saturday with 0.6 mm depth. But since I can't oil my hair as I used to. And shampooing my hair daily also. Also, my shampooing of hair and scalp is a really different method. First I let my wet hair all fall in line straight towards. And then I take a dip of shampoo in my palm. Then rub the shampoo on the back of my head and hair areas. As this area has very strong hair, that does not come off easily. After making the lather there, I push the lather from back to front of the forehead multiple times in straight, soft, gentle ways. I don't and can't use my fingers to massage my scalp crown and front areas. As even a minute of little contact with the hair and fingers pulls out all the hair. I have to avoid massaging and touching my scalp. Those hairs and their roots are extremely weak and come off so easily with tiny friction. So my shampooing method is extremely gentle and passive. My hair is extremely frizzy, coarse, rough, rigid, tangled, brittle, frictional, dry, weak, dirty, sticky, heavy, greasy, dull, and damaged. It's almost impossible to comb my hair when it's dry without plucking off a bunch of hairs. That's why I always comb my hair when it's fresh, clean, wet, and smooth after a shower, and as it dries after combing, it forms a nice volume and fluffiness. If I don't shampoo my hair daily, then it comes greasy, sticky, and clumpy after a few days of taking showers. As the hard water, sweat, salts, dead skin, and skin oils all accumulate, they pull it down. When I just simply comb my hair when it's dry, then it pulls hundreds of hairs from its roots with the white bulbs. Because they are so rough and coarse. Also the shampoo should lather and clean the scalp and hair also. I have found that shampoos that lather and clean the scalp properly also usually leave the hair rough, dry, coarse, and brittle. And the shampoo, which does make the hair silky smooth, does not lather much and leaves the hair heavy, sticky, and dirty. I have also been cutting my hair in a pattern to hide the thinning. I cut the back and side head hair short, while leaving the crown and front forehead hair long, to give the illusion of no thinning. But keeping hair longer at those areas that are most prone to thinning also makes it easier to pull off these hairs while combing, since they are so long.
