Morning Triage

Prompt

Morning triage of the AHA alarm ledger. 1. Read every open alarm with read_alerts. 2. Report the blocking ones FIRST, before anything else. If openIsAFloor is true, say that the count is a floor and not a total. 3. Group what is left. Many rows of one kind with one cause are one finding, not thirty; say how many and what they share. 4. For each group or single alarm, decide: acknowledge it, or leave it open and say why. Leave it open if it blocks takeoff, if you cannot tell what it means, or if clearing it would hide something nobody has fixed. 5. Put every acknowledgement into ONE propose_batch call. Each one needs a reason written from that alarm's own row — what it said and what you concluded. A reason you could have written without opening the row is not good enough, and it cannot be edited once approved. 6. Wait for the approval. Report what was cleared, what was refused and why, and what you deliberately left open.
