You're my mentor. I conceived a business idea since when I am 18 and now I am 26. Through this years I work with several companies to save, invest and bought many machines for startup... I don't have time to do the business because I am currently employed full time by another company of which in my employment terms, I signed to agree not to own, operate or work for another company to avoid conflicts of interest... So October 2025 I rented a space and hire my school mate that is technically sound and have time to be there everyday not like my self and pay him from the salary I have from the other work I do.... we setup everything just fine but he lacks the capability of marketing and sales especially in English of which is very important and significant for any business to succeed... I lauched our website and we have facebook and LinkedIn page but not posting... Due to the terms attached to my employment where I worked i cannot be doing videos for social media posting because if they coicidentally see me it will affect my work and he can't do that as I have been throwing it up to him to do it but not executing it..." Provide me with clear execution roadmap and strategies.
