Im new to visual studio and need help, so dont use complicated language to explain things. And explain things in detail to me but simple. I want to make a windows forms app in visual studio that allows me to do several pc tweaks that give less input delay, and it is meant for professional gamers. Only use methods that work. Make the app look fancy and sophisticated, but also kind of plain and simplistic. Add several different categories for different tweaks, like regedit, etc. Make sure to not add any risky tweaks that can mess up the pc or make things slower. Make things that actually reduce fps, and nothing that can cause stutters. Add network tweaks as well, and make sure everything actually works. Code everything for me and tell me how to go about it.
