Identifying Strong Bullish & Strong Bearish Instruments With Persistence

I want to trade in stocks, etfs, crypto, commodities, forex. I am trying to identify those that qualify as Strong Bullish & Strong Bearish. The important aspect is that they need to have Persistent Directionality, Conviction, Structural Integrity and confluence over multiple time frames. What are the metrics that combined together gives direction, conviction and persistence. I am looking to take trades that last from a few minutes to a day. However, if I have to stay in a trade longer, in case there is a sudden reversal, these assets should meet the same criteria for the shorter term. 1. What are the metrics? Are there any default values from historical records that have been proven to work? Example, an ADX of 25 and above is considered to be a good indicator of strong momentum. List them in a tabular format with the name, the impact (momentum, trend, etc.), the thresholds and what role this metric plays. 2. Give a summary of how the metrics, combined, support strong bullish/bearish state and persistence. 3. I want to create a TradingView screener and would also like instructions on how to setup these metrics. 4. Can a scanner be built that scans public sources like Yahoo Finance, Investopedia and grabs data and then analyzes real-time and updates a dashboard?
