how long will it take for gastritis to fully go away or heal? i am 8 months post h pylori treatment, am clear, but still have night reflux, occasional low appetite days, perhaps gastritis flare up due to junk food or something. i recently started taking 150 mg daily pepzin gi, gonna take for 8 weeks. perhaps that will help. i hope it doesnt persist or develop into cancer or something. i had gastroscopy 2025 december 16, everything was fine, just had h pylori and chronic siperficial gastritis
