I am developing a content format for social media (YouTube/Instagram/TikTok) and need help finding the right topic/idea to start with. Here is my full concept: CORE CONCEPT Focus on social issues (child marriage, loneliness, poverty, unemployment, mental health, social media addiction, education, gender roles, fake news, rural migration, etc.) but presented entertainingly, casually, and with humor — NOT educational or NGO-style. FORMAT Combination of: outdoor documentary + vlog + social experiment + commentary. Video length: 4-6 minutes. SETTING Casual, non-professional. Feels like friends hanging out, exploring a topic, doing a challenge, talking to strangers, joking around. Middle section should feel like a spontaneous travel vlog/challenge video, not a traditional documentary. HOST PERSONALITY Nonchalant, curious, observational, humorous, self-aware. NOT positioned as an expert/activist/teacher/journalist — explores the topic alongside the audience. Tone shifts to reflective/serious at the end. STRUCTURE 0:00-1:00 — Introduce the issue, give context, present the challenge/mission (medium-serious tone) 1:00-4:30 — Complete the task, interact with people, comedy/conversation/ unexpected moments, documentary/vlog feel 4:30-6:00 — Serious commentary, reflection on what was learned, connect back to the real social issue CORE PHILOSOPHY "Make people enjoy the journey first, then make them think."
