As China medical writing team in Daiichi Sankyo, we got various training sessions from Greg regarding lean and strategic writing, 3 series in total, from 2024 to 2026 annually, the theme and general contents of each series are quite similar between regions (US vs. China), while US team got more learning forums like more real case discussion (face to face) than China team (2 hours online training in total), so there are many materials can be achieved right now for the last 3 years. My boss in China want me to synthesize these materials and refresh the learning with her together, so we can be like the experts in China to further enhance the lean and strategic writing skills and further developing China-adapted principles, training road map, and provide training to local cross-functional colleagues.
