(Human short term memory is ~7 concepts/bits if they are new concepts unknown it may fall to ~3 concepts/words) so design all content in the micro lesson / micro project like that... Always focus more on frontier knowledge because the old things are available on the internet, focus and try to do explainers/animations/graphs/diagrams/tables always in the most simplest manner...
