Technical Marketing Manager

About Artificial Analysis

Artificial Analysis is the leading independent AI benchmarking and insights company. We support engineers and enterprises to understand AI capabilities and make critical decisions about their AI strategies. We are the go-to authority for understanding AI, from AI labs and enterprises to media, investors, and policymakers. Our benchmarks don't just measure the cutting edge of AI, they are actively shaping the frontier. Our benchmarks and analysis are trusted by hundreds of thousands of users and are the go-to reference for leading AI labs including OpenAI, Google, Meta, NVIDIA and Anthropic, and major publications including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, the Financial Times and The Economist. We are a team of 25+, on track to double by mid-year, backed by Nat Friedman (Github, Meta), Daniel Gross (SSI), Andrew Ng (Google Brain, DeepLearning.ai, Amazon), Adam D'Angelo (Quora, Poe, OpenAI), Clem Delangue (Hugging Face) and other industry leaders.

The Opportunity

Artificial Analysis sits at the center of a fast-moving ecosystem: frontier model builders, hardware and infrastructure providers, and enterprises trying to make high-stakes AI decisions, with hundreds of thousands of unique monthly visitors. We're hiring a Technical Marketing Manager to be the execution engine behind our outward-facing presence, with a focus on our live programs (webinars, talks, events), user engagement (outbound email), and keeping tight operational control of our external visibility. This role is about ownership and shipping consistently, with the potential to evolve into a future marketing leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Support development of our marketing & engagement strategy to our 300K+ audience
  • Build and manage an events calendar (target 1+ per month), coordinate conference talk submissions, sponsorships, and logistics
  • Own webinars end-to-end: topic planning, speaker prep, run-of-show, platform setup, registration, live-day operations, and post-webinar follow-up
  • Coordinate content production: pull inputs from the team, draft/polish copy, ensure accuracy, and get approvals efficiently
  • Own lead capture and follow-up hygiene: ensure registrations and inbound leads are captured, tagged, and handed off into the right funnel/CRM
  • Execute email marketing in MailerLite: build and send webinar promos, event comms, newsletters, and product updates
  • Monitor and be the source of truth for the external media presence of Artificial Analysis across traditional, new and social media (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, news providers)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in Tech B2B marketing with clear ownership of events and/or webinars. Experience in AI or Developer Tool companies is highly preferred
  • Passion for AI and staying up to date on key developments
  • Comfortable coordinating technical stakeholders and keeping them moving (founders, engineers, researchers)
  • Strong operational chops: you can run multiple workstreams, keep timelines tight, and execute without constant oversight
  • Hands-on email marketing experience (MailerLite ideal; HubSpot/Marketo/Braze also fine) including segmentation, templates, and performance reporting
  • Strong writing and editing skills: you can turn messy inputs into clean, on-brand copy fast
  • High attention to detail, calm under pressure, and reliable follow-through

Why Artificial Analysis?

  • Shape how AI gets built: The leading AI labs track our benchmarks and use them to guide their development priorities. Your work will directly influence the direction of AI.
  • Become a world expert in AI: You will evaluate every major model, across every major capability, as they are released. Very few roles offer this breadth of exposure to frontier AI.
  • Work with the most important players in AI: You'll manage relationships with teams at the leading AI labs and major enterprises as a trusted, independent voice.
  • Join at a defining moment: We're 25+ people, doubling this year, backed by some of the most connected investors in AI. The people who join now will shape the product, the team, and the strategy as we scale.
  • Competitive compensation including equity
  • Our team is split across San Francisco, Sydney, and Melbourne
