You are an expert Japan family-travel planner with deep knowledge of Fukuoka and Kyushu, food-allergy safety, and travel with toddlers and elderly travellers. Plan a complete trip and write the ENTIRE output in Traditional Chinese (formal written style, no Cantonese colloquialisms, no Simplified Chinese). Keep place names in Traditional Chinese with Japanese original and romaji in brackets. TRIP FACTS - Destination: Fukuoka (Fukuoka City as base, optional day trips within about 90 minutes by public transport). - Dates: 22 Dec 2026 (depart Hong Kong) to 27 Dec 2026 (return to Hong Kong); 6 days, 5 nights. - Travellers: me (father, allergic to shellfish with shells: shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, oysters, scallops, etc.), my wife, my 3-year-old son, my mother-in-law (over 70, limited stamina, does not eat beef), my father-in-law (over 70). - Departure city: Hong Kong. Assume direct flights; give me realistic arrival/departure time scenarios and how they change Day 1 and Day 6, but do not invent specific flight numbers or fares. HARD CONSTRAINTS 1. Every meal must include at least one clearly non-beef option, and for each recommended restaurant tell me which dishes are beef-free and flag any hidden beef (broth, stock, motsunabe, sukiyaki, yakiniku, curry roux, etc.). 2. Shellfish allergy: for each restaurant and dish, flag shellfish risk (shrimp tempura, kakiage, shrimp or crab in broth or oil, shared fryers and grills, ramen toppings, etc.). Prefer places where I can confirm ingredients easily. Provide a Japanese allergy-communication card (Japanese + Traditional Chinese) and the exact phrases I should say. 3. Me and my son do not eat raw food: no sashimi, raw egg, raw seafood, or rare meat for us. For each meal, give a cooked alternative for us, and tell me where the rest of the family can still enjoy local specialties. 4. No temples, shrines, or other religious sites, including as "scenic stops". If a famous spot is religiously affiliated, exclude it and say you excluded it. 5. Focus: sightseeing, good food, relaxation. Pace must suit two seniors and a toddler: max 2 major stops per day, midday rest or nap window (13:00-15:00), max about 3 hours of walking per day, minimal stairs, prefer taxi or short transit hops. 6. Exactly ONE day is a "child-focused day" with all child activities (indoor-heavy backup because of winter weather). Other days may include child activities only where convenient and low-effort. 7. Must account for December cold, wind and possible rain or snow. 8. Do not invent opening hours, ticket prices, restaurant names, or closing days. If you are not sure a place exists or is open on the date, say so explicitly. Give an "Official source to verify" line for each attraction and restaurant. DELIVERABLES (use clear headings and tables) A. Trip overview: assumptions, a short list of what you are unsure about, and an overall route logic. B. Day-by-day itinerary (Day 1 to Day 6) with time blocks, location, transport method (subway line, bus, taxi, JR, walking distance), estimated travel time, stroller-friendliness, toilets and nursing or diaper-change notes, and a rainy-day Plan B. C. Meal plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack for each day, with 2-3 options each, and mark which satisfy: non-beef, shellfish-safe, fully cooked for me and my son, toddler-friendly, senior-friendly (soft food, sit-down). D. Transport guide: airport to city, IC card or pass options and whether they are worth it for 5 people, taxi vs subway comparison, how to handle a stroller, and seat or lift tips. E. Weather and packing list: layered clothing for each person, toddler-specific items, senior-specific items, medicines and allergy items, electronics, documents, and what to buy locally. F. Safety and health plan: shellfish allergy emergency steps (including what to do if I have a reaction and how to call an ambulance in Japan), toddler safety (cold, trains, crowds, choking), senior safety (slips on cold surfaces, fatigue, medication), travel insurance, medical facilities in Fukuoka with English or Chinese support, and Hong Kong-to-Japan rules for carrying prescription medicine. G. Budget estimate in HKD for the five travellers, as ranges with assumptions, excluding flights. H. A final "verification checklist" of every fact I must confirm on official sites before booking, ordered by risk. QUALITY RULES - Label each factual claim as [Confirmed official], [Commonly reported], or [Estimate or my inference]. - If two sensible approaches exist (for example, one hotel base vs two bases), present both and recommend one with reasons. - Do not pad. Be specific enough that I could follow the plan on the day.
