Create a Python library w/ a built-in CLI tool on top of regular module usage for music remastering. It should be able to intelligently remove audio artifacts, white/static noise, tinny sound, restore bass frequencies, restore high frequencies, and intelligently reconstruct data lost to vinyl/tape degradation/digital clipping. It should use a built-in FFmpeg module that has every element removed except the ones needed for audio manipulation. You should provide the script to create this.
