9v9 Substitution Planner

I am seeking a substitution plan for my soccer team. (9v9 with 4 substitutes) Goal keepers swap at half time and otherwise is part of the rotation schedule. 2 periods of 25 mins each. Want to have equal time between rotations. Rotate 2 substitutes at a time. List the game time each player will receive. Players are Mike Tim Paul Sam Luke Phil Kelly Henry Peter Jack Ollie Roger Warren Specify which players are on the bench. Play in a formation of 2-3-3-1 (2 forwards, 3 halves, 3 defenders and 1 goal keeper.) List what position each player will be in after each rotation. Give names to the positions. Ensure Phil and Kelly are not both on the bench at any one time. Make Sam, Mike and Ollie play in the forwards where possible, make Kelly, Henry and Phil play as defenders where possible. Plan for equal game time as close as possible while still having equal time between substitutions and a rotation at half time. Ollie will be goal keeper for firsts half and Paul will be goal keeper for second half.
