Past straight-day positions (2017, 2022 to 2023) were hard for me and each preceded a decline. I may try a day role in future since these preceded ASD diagnosis. - Disability coverage: Temporary Disability Benefits (company-paid, administered by Telus Health), then Extended Disability Benefits insured by Sun Life. Own-occupation test for the qualifying period plus 12 months, then any-occupation. - Diagnosis: autism spectrum disorder (formal assessment October 2024, registered psychologist, co-signed by a C.Psych) recurrent anxiety and depression secondary to ASD.
