The user wants a Batocera theme. Batocera is a Linux gaming distribution for retro gaming. Batocera themes are built with ES (EmulationStation) - they use a theming system based on XML configuration files with views (system, basic, detailed, video), and support images, videos, sounds, help menus, etc. Batocera theming system details: - Themes live in `/userdata/system/configs/emulationstation/themes/` or downloaded via the batocera-themes repository - A theme has a `theme.xml` at root, and per-system folders (e.g., `snes/theme.xml`, `nes/theme.xml`) - Views: `system` view (system list), `basic` view (gamelist basic), `detailed` view, `video` view - Elements in system view: `background`, `logo`, `logoTextStyle`, `logoSize`, `logoPos`, `helpsystem`, `carousel`, `text`, `image`, etc. - Since Batocera 33+, they moved to a new theme engine called "es-themes" with... actually Batocera still uses EmulationStation theming with some extensions. Batocera uses its fork of EmulationStation with support for `` grouping, `fontSize`, `pos`, `size`, `color`, `path`, `tile`, `scroll`, `zIndex`, `rotation`, etc. Key coordinates: ES uses a normalized coordinate system where width/height = 1.0 relative to screen. So pos="0.1 0.2" size="0.3 0.5". The theme structure: ``` theme-name/ ├── theme.xml ├── mame/ │ └── theme.xml ├── snes/ │ └── theme.xml ├── _inc/ │ └── images/ ``` The user wants: "black metal guy wandering in forest in at hill howling moon, drinking at the wine, showing bock sign with hand, and weird cat." So the aesthetic: black metal (trvkv, dark, atmospheric), a hooded/corpse-painted figure wandering in a forest on a hill, howling at the moon, drinking wine, throwing the "rock"/devil horns hand sign (they wrote "bock sing" = "rock sign" probably, the devil horns 🤘), and a weird cat companion. This is a fun creative request. I should build an animated Batocera theme. Batocera ES themes support: - Static images (PNG with transparency) - Videos (can be used as background in system view with `

Here's a complete Batocera theme — **"NOCTURNAL WANDER"** — built around your scene: a black-metal wraith on a pine hill, howling at the moon, swigging wine, throwing the horns 🤘, with a deeply weird three-eyed cat. Everything is drawn as SVG (no binary assets needed), and it animates using Batocera's native `` engine: the moon-glow breathes, clouds and fog drift, the wraith slowly wanders and sways, the howl ripples toward the moon, the cat's tail swishes and its eyes pulse, and a red horns-sign **flashes every time you switch systems**. ``` nocturnal-wander/ ├── theme.xml └── _inc/images/ ├── sky.svg ├── hill.svg ├── cat.svg ├── vignette.svg ├── wanderer.svg ├── cat-tail.svg ├── moon.svg ├── howl.svg ├── cat-eyes.svg ├── moon-glow.svg ├── horns-outline.svg ├── horns-solid.svg ├── spark.svg ├── cloud.svg ├── fog.svg ├── hill-far.svg ├── frame-corners.svg ├── sigil.svg └── rule.svg ``` --- ### `theme.xml` ```xml 7 c9b8a8 6a6f85 8b1020 05060c
